- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- If there's a delay due to high order volume or other reasons, we'll notify you by email or phone.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Within Pakistan: Delivery typically takes 12–25 business days after dispatch.
- International Shipping: Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks after dispatch, depending on the destination.
Note: We ship both locally within Pakistan and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes payable by the customer upon delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — stay tuned!
